administration is oppressing their own people.

I’m worried that the pro-Iranian sentiments of the Orban regime are overlooked. The current Hungarian Government is the only openly pro-Iranian administration within the EU.

Yet another "western" mainstream media article on the "tyranny" of the conservative government of Orban Viktor. His government won in 2010 with 2/3 majority and still enjoys high support. Don’t believe everything you hear in the mainstream media. Current polls show another majority for the conservative government. The more the mainstream media whines, the more support Orban’s government gets.

Well, well. Two names that are only too familiar for readers of Hungarian Spectrum: Leto and Erik the Reader. The third is a propagandist for the Fidesz government. He is responsible for a so-called Hungarian Lobby which should be translated as Fidesz Lobby.

What a biased and untruthful report on Hungary. Fidesz is the only best for Hungary. Remember that the left drove the country to bankruptcy and Fidesz saved the situation. Did the West raise his voice during the 2006 civil unrest in Hungary ? No because the incompetent socalists which were ruining Hungary served well western interest and west overlooked how they were treating the protestors with police brutality. Not a word of support from West for that, just silence. Now we have a government which supports Hungarian interests and not some foreign agenda dictated by Brussels. Remember what the Hungarian left said in 2006 with their own words that they lied "night and day" doing nothing for the country. Such a left does not deserves to exists. Do you know for who do you cry? For crooks.

The article quotes only the opposition (Baynai), suggests that each % vote for FIDESZ will get more seats than the same % of votes for the opposition (which is false) that the election rules that apply to all, hurt only one side and worst of all, it mentions nothing about the programs of the two sides, implying that the program of FIDESZ is to hang on to and the program of the opposition is to take the mpower away. This is an insult to the Hungarian electorate.
