This article has been edited and re-edited much too much–in fact, to the point where it is meaningless gibberish masquerading as an erudite piece. No point is ever made, because the author is forever questioning himself behind every sentence structure and thought process. In other words, the author needs to stop trying to impress us with his education and concentrate on putting across a readable article with a specific and well-intentioned message.

By the way 6 counties of the ancient Irish province of Ulster (9 counties in all) are part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. If you can’t work out the name of the country, which is helpfully written on the cover of your passport, then perhaps the EU is a sea-bridge too far. The article isn’t rubbish, it’s possibly a bit confused and not well drafted. So not to worry. “KISS”, David, as they say in political communication.
