These people deal amongest themselves for their group…………not for the Good of the USA.
In the summer of 2013….with a transportation business….a scheduled pickup from the Boise Airport back to Ketchum-

Sun Valley was a New Zealand by the name of James Lester Montgomerie, in the 2 hour drive back to his condo in
West Ketchum ….he thought I was just a common executive driver….! Wrong…. I could tell he was a New Zealander

because I once lived in New Zealand….so we talked all the way back….to Ketchum…2 hours….he told me he was the
CEO of Vertol…the worlds largest Private Airforce with 100s of planes and helicopters….doing work for the CIA and the

US Military…..what they couldnt do. So since I knew in great detail about Afghanistan….I said so how is the War going?
Montgomerie said “it was Basically a Total Failure” and that it would go back to the way it was once we left.” I said “the

only success was the fact Afghan Heroin was now the worlds largest.” He said “yes.” I said “with the US Military controlling the
air space over all of Afghanistan the CIA and the US Miliarty must be indirectly and directly involved with Afghan Heroin distribution”…..Montgomerie said “absolutely they
are!”……”Bringing it into the USA?” I ask…..”YES” Then I started tracking Vertol & US Military flights……Oregon to Vermont….seriously?

Back in 1994-96 we had a Surf, Skate, Wake & Snowboard manufacturing business in San Diego

called American Boardsports Company…ABC with Skateboarder Andy MacDonald…in bio….! we had raised $22 million, but
needed…..additional funds for further growth. In the Financial Papers at that time…were articles about investment money

available through Panama Banks…..so I called…the National Bank
of Panama…and spoke to several Officers over time. Over the conversations
we had I ask “how was Panama since George HW Bush removed Noriega?” They said “what do you mean?” I said

Bush stated in the media he went into Panama to take back the Country for honest government!……They said this “What Bush really
did was setup further Drug Cartel Money Laundering operations for the entire region…Central and South America Drug Cartels through Panama Banks,”

“not maybe absolutely.” Then in 2012 got to know John Cruz’s PR person or at least that’s who she said she was? John Cruz…a former Bank Executive blew the whistle on Banks Laundering Drug Cartel Money…wrote a book: “World Banking World Fraud”

documenting how drug cartels with the assistance of US and International Banks made drug cartels globally successful……killing machines!

Obama in legal actions against the International Bank HSBC,

found them guilty of money laundering…BUT and this is a big BUT…only find them $1.9 billion for 30 years of drug cartel money
laundering…”Criminal Bank Racketeering”..no owner of the bank, which includes the British Royal Family “the Windsors” nor the Directors nor the Managers of

the Banks that were actually caught in the USA and Mexico…went to prison….they never went to jail, never lost their own money or were the bank’s assets or there’s taken for
Racketeering…Money Laundering…10’s of billions of dollars …..no one paid anything…. Matt Taibbi of the magazine “Rollingstone”…wrote articles “To Big to Prosecute”…

And others wrote about Goldman-Sachs ripping off everyone….Nomi Prins…and again Matt Taibbi, etc. I watched Goldman-Sachs
executives do this first hand in March of 2000, to bring George W. Bush to power..taking the economy away from Gore…politically called “leveling the political playing field economically”..Henry Paulson was the Chairman of GS at the time.

They collapsed the Tech Boom by and called “Getting Out from the TOP” defrauding Mid to Small Cap Investors while they
got out….this includes Charles Schwab…himself…. We watched this from the Headquaters of Merrill Lynch in March of 2000, Marcus Healey and I.

There’s more to this…but later…. Then because I was living in Jackson Wy…I watched Alan Greenspan, Bush, Paulson, Cheney,
Max C. Chapman Jr., Dan Cook the III…..plan what happend from 1995 until 2008…..

Timeline later………..here’s one part:…using Clinton….signing the death to the Glass-Steagall Act in 1999…The Clinton’s had sold out during their August 1995 trip to Max’s ranch see google..and in 2000 Clinton deliberate failed to prosecute Henry Paulson for “Getting out from the TOP”……Clinton had 9 months to do so and didn’t do anything=total corruption, here too the S.E.C. Chairman Levitt should have brought criminal investor fraud charges against Paulson and Schwab but did nothing as well, but he did however take a executive position with Bush Crony Bin…The Carlyle Group in 2002…..his payback……Arthur Levitt is as corrupt as the CIA, Clinton and Bush…and for that matter Obama’s CIA + Heroin = more Americans killed then 911, the two Iraq Wars and Afghanistan put together…….Total Corruption and Death!

I think the problem is also that most of the Afghan material in the 90’s entered European markets and much less was smuggled into the Americas. This has caused a heroin addiction epidemic in some European countries, even oversupply of the narcotic esp. in those areas on the trade routes and immigration corridors across the dissolving Iron curtain. US foreign policies and covert operations have created such a market for Europe, similarly to what happened in Vietnam, with the supply from the golden triangle. Yet, again, narcotics have been put into close relation with war, terror, even state-sponsered alternatives for financing intelligence operations. The closeness of the Taliban to some of the Western powers at the time is very unsettling.

I did some investigation and discovered that the CIA sell weapons to cash-strapped nations like Vietnam (in the past) and Afghanistan resistance fighters (Taliban) in exchange for opium/heroin (or cocaine from Central/South America). The drugs are then brought back into the West (Europe or America) for resale… to recoup the cash that was not available for the weapons in the first place.

The problem is there are so many theories out there that its hard to tell the real from BS speculation, thus cowards like Toasty, in an effort to ensure their own image is protected dismiss all of them as BS speculation.

Obviously I cant confirm all of what has been written, but at the very least the allegation that the CIA is involved in the drug trade has been proven on a few occasions.

No surprises then. The only small mystery is that the murder of Pat Tillman (footballer hero, volunteered to fight Taliban) has never been linked to this drug trade. His death would be a very good place to start an investigation – and of course, if Tillman had been British, there’d have been an inquest in front of a coroner.
